Squeaky Poutine

Here's something you can only get in Quebec. It's like regular poutine but the cheese squeaks between you teeth when you eat it. It's a sure sign of true poutine. I was hoping for some loud squeaks but the place was so busy I could hardly hear it. I'll have to keep trying it until I get some louder squeaks.
It's heating up out here. In the morning and evening we wear toques but in the afternoon it's tanks and shorts. Yahoo summer is here!!
